Warranty
TrendClix gives a one year warranty for all its products purchased online. TrendClix will do the necessary repair and repolish for the jewellery from date of the purchase, for a year. This includes for entire catalogue as well as products on sale. The warranty is applicable for the jewellery purchased through www.rubansaccesories.com. The warranty doesn’t include the repair or repolish for products modified, misused, product wear and tear and negligence from the buyer’s side.
Sales Policy
TrendClix enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.
Kindly note the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered. TrendClix reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment. In case a damaged product or wrong product is sent by the seller i.e. TrendClix the same should be informed us by an email with the tag, product image and invoice copy, TrendClix will schedule a pick up for the same from your door step. Once received and upon QC pass, the right product will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 working days.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
After placing the order, customer has an option to cancel the order within one hour; the refund for the same will be processed within 10 working days through same payment mode. The return of jewellery delivered should be informed to TrendClix through an email (with tag no, invoice copy and product image) which is care@trendclix.com within 24 hours. TrendClix will arrange a pick up free of cost for those products informed within 24 hours. The address to be mentioned is as below.

TrendClix will receive the parcel from the respective courier partner and our QC team will inspect the return product, once it is approved the refund for the same will be done in 15 working days.
